I’ve always loved history. I loved watching History Channel documentaries and getting lost in the lives, places, and events they brought to the screen.

But I was always a little sad when they ended. There were so many stories I wanted to see, and never quite enough documentaries to tell them.

Now I can make my own. The Age of Rome is my way of turning that love of history into something you can watch, explore, and play through—one episode at a time.

I also think it might be one of the best ways to learn history. It’s one thing to read that Caesar seized the treasury. It’s another to stand on its steps with a tribune in your way and have to decide what you’d do. A choice you’ve had to make yourself is hard to forget.
